Payment Policy

AgentMatePro provides custom AI automation, chatbot, voice agent, website development, and business automation services. Because each project requires time, planning, development, and customization, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Payment terms, project scope, milestones, and delivery timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before project work begins.

For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be used.

AgentMatePro is committed to delivering professional work and client satisfaction. If revisions are required, reasonable revisions will be provided based on the agreed project scope until the delivered work meets the agreed requirements.

Refunds are not offered for completed work, delivered digital services, consultation time, custom development, automation setup, or work already started.

Any additional features, extra integrations, or changes outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
