By using this website or working with AgentMatePro, clients agree to the terms outlined on this page.

AgentMatePro provides AI automation, chatbot deployment, AI voice agent setup, website development, and business automation services based on the agreed project scope.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, required access, platform credentials, API keys, account permissions, content, images, and other information needed to complete the project.

Project timelines may depend on client response time, third-party platform approvals, API access, technical limitations, and changes requested during development.

AgentMatePro is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, restrictions, bugs, account limitations, API changes, or service disruptions caused by third-party platforms such as OpenAI, Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, Twilio, n8n, Zapier, Lovable, hosting providers, CRMs, or other external tools.

AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected outputs. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated responses before using them in sensitive business situations.

AgentMatePro will make reasonable efforts to build reliable and professional systems, but no automation or AI system can be guaranteed to be error-free at all times.

Any additional work outside the original agreement may require a separate quote.
